Shipping Policy
At Magnolia the Florist, we are dedicated to delivering fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and high-quality products directly to your door. Please review our shipping policy below for information on how we handle orders and deliveries.

Delivery Locations
We currently personally deliver in our local area, which is approximately 12 miles from our location. Our delivery page has a comprehensive list of delivery areas. For inquiries about deliveries to specific locations, please contact our customer service team at cs@magnoliaflorist.mom. For National deliveries, your delivery will be handled by one of our delivery partners, once despatched, we cannot re-arrange or cancel your delivery. - Delivery Times
- We aim to deliver all floral orders on the selected delivery date. Please place your order by the cutoff time listed on our website to ensure same-day or next-day delivery, where available. Our delivery times range from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 14:00 Saturday. During busy periods of the year (e.g. Valentines' Day), this may change from 07:00 - 21:00.
- For National deliveries, we aim to deliver on Tuesdays - Fridays only, we currently cannot offer deliveries on Mondays, Saturdays Sundays, or Public Holidays.
- Shipping Fees
- Delivery charges vary based on location. Specific fees will be displayed during checkout.
- Free delivery may be offered on certain orders or promotions as indicated on our website.

Delivery Instructions
If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbour or in a safe place), please include these details at checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee them in all cases. Please do not ask for specific times on the website, your delivery will be delivered as soon as possible between the times advised in section 2. Funeral items we aim to deliver at least 2 hours before the funeral, unless advised otherwise. -
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If, due to the absence of a recipient, we are unable to deliver your item we will try; - Leave with a neighbour, if they are willing to accept.
- Leave in a "safe" location, e.g. back door or shed/garage/greenhouse, somewhere not on public view.
Our policy is not to leave items on public view (e.g. at front doors), we are unable to deliver as above, we will always leave a calling card that advises the recipient where items are located. If we need to re-deliver items that have been returned, we will coordinate with the recipient.
For any deliveries that have alcohol products, we reserve the right, where we feel it is necessary to refuse delivery to someone that we feel is under the age of 21. We may require an I.D. before handing over goods. In the case of non-delivery, we may leave with a neighbour, if they are willing to accept the items otherwise items will be returned to the shop directly.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence of a recipient, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
